Skin Tag & Blemish Removal.
Start with a Consultation.

Considering removal of a skin tag or blemish?  At our Hazel Grove clinic, we'll discuss your concerns and whether CryoPen or PlasmaPen may be appropriate.  We'll explain suitability, risks, healing and costs before you decide.  Some skin changes need medical assessment before cosmetic treatment.

Assessment comes first

We offer cosmetic removal of selected benign skin tags and blemishes.  GP assessment is required before treatment.  We'll then review the assessment, your medical history and the treatment area to decide whether removal is within our treatment scope and appropriate for you.

CryoPen

CryoPen uses targeted freezing to treat suitable benign skin lesions.  At your consultation, we'll explain whether it is appropriate for your blemish, what healing may involve and whether further sessions could be needed.

PlasmaPen

PlasmaPen uses plasma energy to treat selected benign skin blemishes.  Suitability depends on the type, size and location of the blemish, your skin and medical history.  We'll explain the proposed approach before you decide.

Healing & Aftercare

Healing varies with the treatment and area.  We'll explain potential risks, expected skin changes and aftercare before treatment, including the possibility of scarring or changes in skin colour.  Follow-up or further treatment may be needed, and complete removal cannot be guaranteed.

Blemish Removal FAQs

A consultation gives you time to discuss your blemish and understand the options before deciding.

Can every blemish be removed?

No.  We treat only selected benign blemises following GP assessment and our own suitability checks.  We may decline treatment or recommend further medical advice.

How much does it cost?

Your quote will depend on the number, size and location of the blemishes and the proposed treatment.  Costs will be explained before you commit.

Will I need more than one session?

Some blemises may need further treatment.  We'll discuss the likely plan, healing and review arrangements at your consultation.  Results vary.
